Why interval training is so important.


If you have been a patient of mine for a while, I’m pretty sure you would have heard my opinion on interval training. From years back, before it came into fashion, I’ve always harped on about pushing yourself to your end limits from time to time. If you don’t. how will you grow? (Goes for all facets of life)
